Mogo Zoo - Wildlife Animal Park South Coast NSW      
Mogo Zoo is a privately owned zoo on the South Coast of NSW situated 10km south of Batemans Bay and 2 kms from the historic goldmining village of Mogo. Mogo Zoo is the only zoological park in Australia dedicated to the conservation of exotic animals outside the public statutory zoos. The zoo is committed to the survival of endangered species and it is this collection of species threatened with extinction which is the core of the Zoo's focus. The collection displays a widely acclaimed range of species which include: the Nepalese Red Panda (there are only twenty in Australia); Water Buffalo; Golden Lion Tamarin (one of the most endangered primates on Earth); Cotton Top Tamarin; Otters; Ring-tailed Lemurs; Pythons; de Brazza Monkeys; Jaguars; Snow Leopards; Pygmy Marmoset (the smallest monkey in the world); Gibbons; African Lions; Sumatran and Bengal Tigers; Syrian Brown Bears, Meerkats and many others.
